Jade Solutions and Management Services in the Philippines seeks a Semiconductor Process Engineer to drive development and optimization of fabrication processes. You will collaborate with Process, Equipment, Quality, Manufacturing, and R&D teams to deliver robust, repeatable results.
Experience in DOE, SPC, FMEA and data-driven problem solving is valued, as is willingness to work in a cleanroom environment and support shifting schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and improve semiconductor processes, products, and technologies.
Conduct process development, characterization, and optimization to improve yield, quality, and reliability.
Perform experiments and analyze data using statistical and engineering methods.
Troubleshoot process, equipment, and product issues and identify root causes.
Support new product introduction (NPI) and product/process qualification.
Work closely with Process Engineering, Equipment Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and R&D teams.
Develop and maintain process specifications, documentation, and engineering reports.
Monitor process performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Conduct DOE (Design of Experiments), SPC, FMEA, and root-cause analysis when applicable.
Support customer requirements, audits, and technical investigations.
Ensure processes comply with quality, safety, and semiconductor manufacturing standards.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Electronics, Electrical, Chemical, Mechanical, Materials, or related fields.
Experience in semiconductor manufacturing, process engineering, product engineering, or R&D is an advantage.
Knowledge of SPC, DOE, FMEA, 8D, statistical analysis, and problem-solving tools.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Willing to work in a cleanroom/manufacturing environment and support shifting schedules when required.
