Responsibilities

• Conducting research to develop new and improved processes for manufacturing
• Assist in analyzing current processes and identifying areas for improvement through data collection and analysis
• Support the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma
• Collaborate with team members to design and conduct experiments aimed at optimizing processes
• Document process changes and maintain comprehensive records to track improvements
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for enhancing workflows and operational standards
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders effectively
• Establish safety procedures for individuals working with dangerous chemicals
• Develop methods for separating components of gases and liquids or for generating electrical currents
