Your impact

• Contribute to the design and delivery of process engineering solutions across feasibility, conceptual, and detailed design stages.
• Perform process engineering calculations and prepare design drawings and specifications.
• Develop technical reports, study documents, manuals, and procedures for operations, installation, commissioning, and start‑up.
• Prepare tender and contract documentation, and conduct technical and commercial bid reviews.
• Define, manage, and deliver process‑oriented projects with a focus on quality and efficiency.
• Support proposal development and client presentations as a Proposal Manager when assigned.
• Engage in business development through client interaction and participation in marketing events.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative and impactful water solutions.

Requirements

• Preferably Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering with professional engineering qualifications, or relevant experience.
• 10–15 years’ professional experience in a relevant industry (e.g., Water Industry).
• Qualification and training will demonstrate a commitment to continuing professional development.
• The candidate is most likely to have a general process engineering background with prior success in contribution to successfully delivered engineering design projects.
• Consulting experience is desirable.Experience should show senior process involvement in multi‑disciplinary complex engineering design projects.
• A demonstrable track record of producing process engineering design work.
• Both site and office experience should be shown, as well as a track record of delivering to time and agreed quality.
• Has participated in team building initiatives and comfortable to work in a matrix structure.
