SFA Semicon Philippines Corporation is seeking a Process Engineer to lead the implementation, monitoring, and optimization of manufacturing processes and machinery across production lines in Clark Freeport Zone.

You will analyze equipment performance, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement to boost production efficiency, yield, and stability while ensuring strict safety standards. Overtime and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related engineering courses.
• At least 6 months relevant working experience in manufacturing/electronics/semiconductor.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Experience on SMT and AVI machines is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and AutoCAD.
• Willing to render overtime and work on weekends/holidays when needed.
• Willing to work in Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga.

In this role, you will analyze equipment performance, troubleshoot operational bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency, yield, and stability while ensuring strict compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related engineering courses.

• Preferably with at least 6 months relevant working experience gained from a manufacturing, electronics, or semiconductor industry.

• With strong communication and analytical skills.

• With experience on SMT and AVI Machines is an advantage.

• Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint) and AutoCAD

• Willing to render overtime and work on weekends and/or holidays when needed.

• Willing to work in Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga.
