You will apply Lean principles, analyze process data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and implement system changes on the production floor.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electronics Engineering or related discipline is required.
• Preferably 1–2 years of experience as a Process Engineer in electronics manufacturing.
• Proficiency in process design, optimization, and problem-solving techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety and environmental regulations.
• Knowledgeable on BGA and PCB Assembly.

Responsibilities

• Organize, implement and maintain production process flow including improvements and revisions on work standards, instructions and other technical documentations.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing principles for waste reduction, increase production efficiency and optimize workflows.
• Analyze and apply problem-solving skills to identify and address operational issues.
• Supports projects related to process improvement, system implementation, and production floor design
