Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as an Engineering team leader or 1 year managing an Engineering Department.
• Familiar with ISO9001 and IATF16949 standards.
• Hands-on knowledge of automation and auto inspection machines.
• Hands-on knowledge of automation production machines.
• Hands-on knowledge of auto inspection machines.
• Rubber products knowledge is a plus.
• AutoCAD 2D/3D knowledge is a plus.
• PLC programming knowledge is a plus.
• Strong English communication.
• MS Office proficiency.
• Willing to work in FPIP Sto. Tomas Batangas.

Responsibilities

• Technical Expertise:

• Using process simulation software and other tools to optimize production.
• Leadership and Management:
• Supporting the section head in achieving strategic objectives.
• Mentoring and developing team members.
• Ensuring the section adheres to company policies and procedures.
• Collaborating with other departments to achieve production goals.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Preparing process documentation and standard operating procedures.
• Gathering data, preparing reports, and presenting findings to management.
• Tracking metrics to monitor process performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Problem Solving:
• Troubleshooting operational issues and implementing solutions.
• Conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of new technologies and processes.

Qualifications

• Engineering course Graduate (preferably Industrial, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering)
• With at-least 3 years of experience as an Engineering team leader or 1 year work experience of managing an Engineering Department
• Familiar with the standard ISO9001 and IATF16949
• Hands on knowledge of automation production machines and skills of handling those machines
• Hands on knowledge of auto inspection machines and skills of handling those machinesSkilled in parameter adjustment of auto inspection machines
• Experience and knowledge of rubber products is an advantage
• Experience and knowledge of AutoCAD (2D and 3D) is an advantage
• Experience and knowledge of PLC programming is an advantage
• With excellent English communication skills for both oral and written
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
