Job summary

SPT (Phil) Clark Corporation is seeking a production process engineer to conceptualize and execute projects to improve production processes, methods, and equipment performance. This role demands close collaboration with maintenance and other engineering teams to optimize reliability and cycle time across facilities.

You will study processes, conduct time and motion analyses, and write detailed specifications and work instructions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.
• With or without experience.
• Good communication in English, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualizes and executes projects to improve production processes, methods, and equipment performance and to study new production supplies.
• Studies processes in case of quality issues.
• Conduct time and motion studies of production process.
• Writes specifications such as procedures, process flows and work instructions.
• Conducts machine/equipment qualification/disqualification of new and existing equipment in coordination with maintenance.
• Involved in all process engineering tasks including contact with other engineering and production sites in all questions related to production processes.
• Can operate production machines and can perform simple machine troubleshooting in coordination with maintenance in solving work problems.
• Acts as backup personnel responsible for overall electronic systems such as telephone system, access control system, fire alarm system, CCTV system, IT and LAN system.
• Complies with company policies and regulations.
• Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time
