Job summary

PTC Agency & Transport Inc. is seeking a Process Engineer to lead and support initiatives that enhance our warehouse operations, focusing on safety, quality, productivity, and cost-efficiency.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering, 2–3 years in warehousing/transport, proficiency with Visio, WMS, and TMS, and strong data analytics using Excel. You will apply Kaizen and IE tools to drive continuous improvement across processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or closely related field.
• 2-3 years relevant experience in warehousing and transportation operations.
• Proficiency in process mapping and analysis tools (e.g., Visio).
• Advanced knowledge of QMS, including ISO 9001 and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data analysis software (Excel).
• Be able to conduct Kaizen activities by using IE tools.
