Job summary

Genpact in the Philippines is seeking a Sr. Associate for F&A - AP to support invoice processing and payment cycles. You will validate invoice details, ensure timely pay runs, and collaborate with requisition teams to resolve discrepancies within AP guidelines.

The role requires a background in accounting or finance, solid data literacy, and proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office. This office-based position offers exposure to digital finance initiatives and continuous learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Economics or Finance.
• Masters in Finance is preferred.
• Experience in Accounts Payable processes and related BPM controls.

Responsibilities

• Review and process invoices with validation of supplier details, PO, bank account, invoice number and date.
• Release invoices for payment timely and accurately; ensure pay runs are completed as agreed with the customer.
• Follow up on requisitions via calls, emails or tickets to resolve invoice issues per AP guidelines.
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce helpdesk queries.
• Adhere to internal compliance policies and perform daily internal audits of invoices and queries.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Review and process invoices along with providing the resolutions review and validate basic essentials of valid invoice like supplier details, PO, bank account, invoice #, invoice date etc.
• Release the invoices for Payment timely and accurately ensure that all pay run gets completed as agreed with the customer Follow up with requisitions (via calls/emails or tickets) to solve invoice issues as per the AP guideline Able to think through how to reduce helpdesk queries and help in process improvements Adhere the internal compliance policy and guideline established by the management on their daily operational activities Perform daily internal audit to ensure all Invoices / queries are handled as per the guidelines
