Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines is seeking a Process Control Operator to set up, safely operate, monitor, troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance in the mixing area. You will inspect parts, adjust machine settings, and ensure quality per SOPs while maintaining safety and efficient production.

Responsibilities include operating mixers, conducting maintenance, reporting OPE losses, and handing over duties between shifts.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering or technical course relevant to stated functions.
• Knowledge in hydraulic, electrical, electronic process instrumentation and control systems.
• Knowledge of R2S/UMS Principles: OEE, Loss Measurements, SPC, Cost Variance.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety and quality policies; wear PPE; maintain hygiene.
• Operate mixers safely; adjust settings to meet SOPs; inspect and troubleshoot equipment.
• Perform preventive and autonomous maintenance; conduct minor repairs.
• Fill trackers and ensure traceability; report line losses and waste in real time.
• Ensure proper handover between shifts; coordinate material readiness for batches.
• Contribute to focused improvement activities and Kaizens.
• Comply with COBP, GMP, HACCP rules and maintain equipment readiness.
