Job summary

Unilever Philippines is seeking a Process Control Operator responsible for setting up, safely operating, monitoring and troubleshooting in the mixing area, inspecting parts to specifications and adjusting machine settings to meet quality targets.

The role includes following safety and quality policies, performing preventive maintenance, supporting autonomous maintenance, and ensuring timely material readiness and proper handovers between shifts.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, or electronic instrumentation and control basics.
• Good documentation and communication skills in writing and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Operate mixers safely and monitor performance to meet production plans.
• Perform preventive and autonomous maintenance and adjustments as needed.
• Ensure material readiness, accurate dosing, and timely handovers between shifts.
• Adhere to safety, quality, and GMP/ HACCP guidelines during all operations.
