Job summary

Unilever Philippines seeks a Process Control Operator to set up, operate, monitor, and maintain mixers and related equipment in the General Trias, Cavite facility. The role requires strict adherence to safety, quality, and GMP standards, with focus on minimizing losses and ensuring on-time production.

The contract is fixed-term and on-site, with shuttle service provided. The incumbent will perform troubleshooting, autonomous maintenance, and record-keeping while coordinating with the line team

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering or technical field required.
• Knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, or instrumentation control systems.
• Basic knowledge of OSHAS, GMP, and HACCP.

Responsibilities

• Operate mixers safely and monitor production to meet plan.
• Perform preventive and autonomous maintenance on equipment.
• Inspect parts, adjust settings, and troubleshoot as needed.
• Maintain safety: use PPE and follow LOTO procedures.
• Record data and report line losses and waste.
