Qualifications

• Must be a Mechanical Engineering graduate.
• Experience with QC tools and techniques.
• Experience creating FMEA, MSR, DRBFM, OPL, Sub Pro, WI, PMP, PCPF, EI, I/O.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement standard controls across all processes to ensure seamless mass production.
• Track output parameters to detect abnormalities early and update control systems to eliminate scrap.
• Track process capability to detect line abnormalities, correct gear precision, and lead RCAs to prevent nonconformance.
• Draft, establish, and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and process maps to enforce consistent operational execution.
