Emapta Global in Makati seeks a Process Automation Engineer to design and scale workflows using Power Automate and n8n, integrating REST APIs and ensuring secure, production-ready solutions. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or equivalent
• 5+ years hands-on workflow automation with MS Power Automate and n8n
• Advanced proficiency in Power Automate and n8n with complex workflows
• Experience in REST API integration, data transformation, authentication, error handling
• Experience with Make, Zapier or similar is an advantage
• Experience with AI-assisted automation, LLM APIs, document processing preferred
• Familiarity with databases, webhooks, SaaS platforms (CRM/ITSM/HRIS) advantageous
• Relevant workflow automation platform certifications preferred

Responsabilités

• Design and build automations with n8n and related platforms.
• Incorporate AI components per designs and standards.
• Follow engineering standards for version control, testing, error handling, logging.
• Deploy automations across client and internal environments.
• Maintain runbooks and operational documentation.
• Collaborate with process specialists to confirm requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in workflow automation using Microsoft Power Automate and n8n, including production-level implementations
• Advanced proficiency in Power Automate and n8n, including complex workflow design, branching logic, sub-workflows, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
• Strong experience in REST API integration, data transformation, authentication, and error handling within automated workflows
• Experience in workflow development, testing, documentation, maintenance, and version control, following structured engineering practices
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills when working with analysts, technical teams, and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with Make, Zapier, or similar automation platforms is an advantage
• Experience with AI-assisted automation, LLM APIs, prompt-driven workflows, and document processing is preferred
• Familiarity with databases, webhooks, and SaaS platforms, including CRM, ITSM, and HRIS systems, is an advantage
• Relevant workflow automation platform certifications are preferred

Responsibilities

Automation Design and Development

• Design and build workflow automations and integrations using the tower's technology stack, including n8n and adjacent platforms, transforming documented process requirements into functional, tested solutions.
• Incorporate AI components, including LLM steps, document intelligence, and agentic patterns, in accordance with the AI Tech Lead's designs and standards.
• Apply the tower's engineering standards for version control, testing, error handling, logging, documentation, and secure credential management.

Deployment and Support

• Deploy automations across client and internal environments and support stabilization, monitoring, and defect resolution.
• Maintain runbooks and operational documentation to ensure automations can be supported beyond the original developer.

Requirements and Collaboration

• Collaborate with process specialists and client subject matter experts to confirm requirements, edge cases, and exception-handling scenarios before development.
• Provide effort estimates and technical input during solution development when required.

Capability Development

• Complete the tower's defined skills development program, progressing from workflow automation to programming, AI engineering patterns, and additional platforms according to the agreed development plan.
• Contribute reusable components and standardized patterns to the tower's asset library.

Discovery and Solutioning Support

• Develop feasibility spikes and proof-of-concept automations during discovery and pursuit phases.
• Prepare effort estimates for proposed automation scopes.

Other Responsibilities

• Perform other duties assigned by authorized company representatives through written or verbal instructions.
