Job summary

Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) seeks a Private Wealth Relationship Manager to manage high-net-worth client accounts and drive revenue growth. You will ensure compliance with agreements and investment guidelines while coordinating with internal teams for accurate execution.

Responsibilities include delivering investment advice, maintaining client relationships through periodic visits, and handling client inquiries with professionalism. Prior experience in banking is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree required.
• Master’s degree or further business studies preferred.
• Experience in banking preferred.
• Knowledge of trust, investments, securities and financial markets.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Strong communication, analytical and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage Private Wealth accounts and clients to grow volume and revenue.
• Ensure adherence to account agreements, investment guidelines, and policies.
• Receive notices and documents, coordinate with departments for timely execution.
• Relay client instructions for contributions, withdrawals, transfers, and trades.
• Conduct periodic client visits to maintain and strengthen relationships.
• Review client portfolios regularly and provide investment advice.
• Address client concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Act as alternate officer when colleagues are unavailable and participate in trainings.
