Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any business-related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in Banking, Relationship Management, Sales, Marketing or related field.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Strong sales, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Basic knowledge of investments, wealth management, and financial concepts.
• Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Results-oriented and client-focused with high motivation.
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage affluent clients.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals and affluent clients.
• Acquire new clients through networking, referrals, market prospecting, and business development activities.
• Conduct financial needs assessments to understand clients' goals, priorities, and investment objectives.
• Recommend appropriate banking, investment, trust, and wealth management solutions based on client needs.
• Work closely with internal partners to deliver a seamless and comprehensive client experience.
• Monitor client portfolios and identify opportunities to enhance value and support long-term financial goals.
• Cross-sell relevant banking products and services to strengthen client relationships and grow assets under management.
• Stay informed about market trends, investment opportunities, and industry developments to provide meaningful client insights.
• Ensure timely and responsive service while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality.
