Job summary

Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) is seeking a Branch Relationship Manager to manage a high-value Preferred Banking portfolio. You will advise clients to safeguard and grow wealth while driving profit, market share, and growth aligned with the bank's objectives.

You will deepen client relationships, acquire new-to-bank high-net-worth clients, and conduct regular portfolio reviews through in-branch, virtual, or off-site engagements. Emphasis on confidentiality and adherence to risk controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related disciplines.
• 5–10 years of solid understanding of financial markets, trends, branch banking operations, and basic accounting.
• In-depth knowledge of banking products/services and digital banking platforms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide tailored financial advice and wellness strategies based on client profiles and goals.
• Deepen relationships with existing Preferred Banking clients and acquire new-to-bank high-net-worth individuals.
• Connect with the next generation of Preferred Banking clients.
• Conduct portfolio reviews, service calls, and face-to-face engagements (in-branch, virtual, or off-site).
• Maximize internal systems and reporting tools to spot cross-selling opportunities and maintain updated contact records.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to internal risk, safety, and security standards.
