Job summary

Metrobank is hiring a Relationship Manager for Private Wealth in the Cebu/Davao area. The RM will be the main touchpoint for high-net-worth clients, managing risk, investment profiles, and delivering the bank’s premium service.

You will collaborate with Retail, Institutional Banking, Market Sales, and Lending teams to drive PW referrals and client onboarding. The role emphasizes ongoing portfolio reviews, client relationship growth, and proactive identification of opportunities to strengthen

Qualifications

Understanding of Financial Markets and Private Wealth management.
Experience coordinating with multiple banking teams.
Ability to assess client needs and recommend financial solutions.
Regularly review client portfolios and risk profiles.

Responsibilities

Coordinates with Retail Banking, Institutional Banking, Market Sales for PW referrals.
Works with PW Support for client onboarding requirements.
Builds/updates client profiles to determine banking and investment needs.
Conducts regular portfolio reviews as part of ongoing assessment.
Recommends markets, referrals, and opportunities for new PW clients.
Ensures existing clients and onboarding candidates are connected with department head.
Responds to customer queries per customer experience standards.
Performs other duties as required.
