Responsibilities

• Identifies market, category, and shopper opportunities to develop new Private Label products.
• Manages Private Label NPD projects end-to-end from product conceptualization and feasibility to costing, testing, packaging, approvals, and launch.
• Coordinates with suppliers and cross-functional teams to ensure timelines, artwork, product information, pricing, and launch requirements are met on time.
• Monitors post-launch performance and provides insights to support assortment expansion and future NPD initiatives.
