• Able to work independently and manage daily kitchen tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook Japanese and healthy meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner
• Plan and prepare balanced, nutritious menus while maintaining excellent taste and presentation
• Ensure meals are prepared on time according to the daily schedule
• Coordinate ingredient requirements; employer will provide and purchase ingredients
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper food handling at all times
• Monitor food storage and ensure ingredients are properly handled
• Minimize food waste and practice cost-efficient cooking
• Follow dietary preferences and special meal requests when needed
• Keep the kitchen organized and well-maintained

The Private Chef will be responsible for menu planning, grocery sourcing, meal preparation, kitchen organization, and maintaining the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation.

Work Schedule

• Monday to Saturday

• 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM (with in between breaks)
