Job summary

Goldman Sachs is seeking a Private Bank Product Manager to lead the ideation, design and launch of lending and deposit products for high-net-worth clients within the Private Bank. You will own end-to-end product development, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and define strategy across the product portfolio.

Ideal candidates have an MBA plus 4+ years in product management, strong knowledge of agile practices and experience with digital financial products.

Qualifications

Masters in Business Administration or equivalent qualification with 4+ years of product management experience.
4+ years of product management experience building and launching digital products (financial services preferred).
Experience working in agile/scrum teams (including JIRA proficiency).
Strong organizational and project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

Own ideation, design, product development, and innovate on new product concepts based on client needs and business objectives.
Become a subject matter expert on product types, regulatory landscape, competition and tech platforms.
Collaborate and prioritize product delivery with cross-functional teams (product, technology, operations, L&C) with clear goals and milestones.
Lead cross-divisional working groups on large-scale projects, develop rigorous documentation and executive updates.
Provide strategic direction for Private Bank product portfolio and new product launches.
Foster a strong product culture and delivery excellence by implementing best practices and agile ceremonies.
