Job summary

AXA Philippines is seeking an Officer - Data Privacy and Artificial Intelligence Compliance to support governance and regulatory duties within the Compliance division at the Main Office. You will assist in implementing and maintaining privacy and AI governance, monitor regulatory discussions, and help prepare executive materials for committees and stakeholders.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 3–7 years in regulated environments, strong analytical skills, and experience with privacy

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree holder in relevant fields.
• Between 3–7 years in a highly regulated environment, e.g. financial institutions.
• Experience in privacy operations, data analytics, or control functions.
• Foundational knowledge in Governance, Data Privacy or Compliance, AI, and Information Security.
• Understanding of data governance, handling, and risk management methods.
• Experience with privacy assessments, audits, or impact assessments.
• Familiarity with Gen AI and big data analytics.
• Strong analytical capabilities and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Governance and Regulatory Compliance with NPC and regulators.
• Assist in implementing Privacy and AI Governance Framework.
• Disseminate privacy and AI policies, standards, and guidelines.
• Monitor regulatory communications and triage items.
• Assist audits, examinations, and reviews related to privacy and AI.
• Draft and localize AXA PH AI and Data Privacy policies.
• Track updates to laws and communicate changes to teams.
• Develop AI governance and privacy awareness trainings.
