Job summary

AXA Philippines is seeking an Officer to support data privacy and AI compliance within the Compliance division. You will assist in governance, policy management, incident response, and reporting, engaging with internal teams and regulators.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3–7 years in a regulated environment, with strong analytical and communication skills and familiarity with Gen AI and data governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Law, IT, accounting or related).
• 3–7 years in a regulated environment (financial institutions preferred).
• Experience in privacy operations, data governance or AI governance.
• Understanding of data privacy, governance principles and risk management.
• Knowledge of Gen AI, ML and big data analytics preferable.

Responsibilities

• Support governance and regulatory compliance with NPC and regulators.
• Help implement and localize AXA PH AI and Data Privacy policies.
• Monitor incidents/breaches and assist with regulatory reporting.
• Prepare COP entries and executive materials for committees.
• Deliver AI governance and privacy trainings to internal stakeholders.
