Job summary

AXA Philippines is seeking a Compliance Officer to support the Data Privacy and AI Compliance program. The role assists the Compliance Senior Manager in implementing regulatory requirements, maintaining governance frameworks, and coordinating incident responses across privacy and AI initiatives.

The ideal candidate has a background in data privacy, governance, and regulatory affairs, with strong analytical and communication skills to engage stakeholders internally and with regulators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, IT or related field.
• 3–7 years in a highly regulated environment, e.g. financial institutions.
• Experience in control functions, privacy operations or data analytics.
• Foundational knowledge in governance, data privacy, AI and information security.
• Understanding of data governance and risk management.
• Familiar with Gen AI, AI/ML and big data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Governance and regulatory compliance: support NPC and regulators.
• Implement and maintain Privacy and AI governance frameworks.
• Policy management: localize AXA PH AI and Data Privacy policies.
• Incident and breach management: document incidents and support reporting.
• Reporting and documentation: COP updates and executive materials.
• Stakeholder engagement: deliver AI privacy awareness trainings.
