Job summary

Gratitude Philippines is hiring a Clinical Process Quality Analyst on a hybrid basis in Taguig, Cebu or Davao. The role supports quality assurance across clinical processes for our US healthcare product teams, with a flexible shifting schedule including weekends and holidays as needed.

You will review SDLC/STLC, perform functional and automated testing (web, mobile, SaaS), and collaborate with developers to improve quality.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 3-7 years of experience in software quality assurance within a product development environment in the US Healthcare industry.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience testing web, mobile, or SaaS applications.

Technical Skills:

• Functional, regression, Integration, System, Smoke and Sanity, cross-browser and cross-platform testing
• Automation - Selenium, Playwright, cypress, postman, Rest assured, Swagger/Open API.
• Programming - Java, Python, SQL, JavaScript, CI/CD & DevOps.
