Job summary

Gratitude Philippines is seeking an experienced Software Quality Analyst to join our QA team in the Philippines. You will perform functional, regression, API, and automation testing for web, mobile, and SaaS apps, ensuring high quality releases for US healthcare products.

The role requires 3–7 years in QA, strong SDLC/Agile knowledge, and hands-on testing with Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, and API tools. Hybrid work and weekends/night shifts may apply.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance (QA) or Software Testing.
• Experience in a product development environment.
• Relevant experience in the US Healthcare industry is required.
• Experience testing web, mobile, or SaaS applications.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional, regression, integration, system, smoke, and sanity testing.
• Test web, mobile, and SaaS-based applications.
• Design, develop, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts.
• Identify, document, track, and report software defects.
• Perform cross-browser and cross-platform testing.
• Support automation testing initiatives using modern testing frameworks.
• Validate APIs, integrations, and application workflows.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and cross-functional teams to resolve defects.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and quality reviews.
• Ensure software releases meet quality standards and business requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and testing strategies.
