Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering, including principal or tech lead roles.
• Hands-on coding skills in Java and TypeScript.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems and event-driven architecture.
• Experience with cloud-native technologies and modern infrastructure practices.
• Proven ability to guide teams without authority and strong written communication skills.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical patterns and decision frameworks for teams.
• Contribute directly to production code in Java and TypeScript.
• Define and maintain clear architecture direction for the Engage domain.
• Drive operational excellence and define frontend architecture standards.
• Coach engineers and teams on architectural thinking.
• Align technical decisions across teams and represent Engage in discussions.
