Job summary

Black & White Engineering seeks a Principal Mechanical Engineer to lead the design, development, and execution of complex mechanical building services projects. You will oversee multidisciplinary teams, ensure quality and timely delivery, and provide strategic engineering recommendations for mission-critical facilities.

You will mentor junior engineers, engage with clients and stakeholders, and drive technical excellence across global and local teams to deliver robust mechanical solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Professional Engineer (PE) license is an advantage.
Extensive experience in mechanical MEP design, data centres or mission-critical facilities.

Responsibilities

Lead design and delivery of mechanical building services projects from concept through construction.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams; provide technical leadership and mentorship.
Review and approve designs, calculations, reports, and drawings for compliance with standards.
Chair technical meetings; interface with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
