Job summary

Procter & Gamble in Manila is seeking an experienced PrIME Platform Engineer to design and qualify the next generation of the PrIME WMS platform, enabling open architecture and scalable integration across the enterprise.

You will collaborate with platform architects, IT security, vendors, and business stakeholders to deliver resilient solutions, lead POCs, and ensure compliance with IT security and patching standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience with Blue Yonder WMS (JDA) in automated warehouse settings.
• Proven WMS implementation experience on version 2020 or higher.
• Strong mastery of platform resiliency, security, sizing, and support models.
• Experience with SQL, cloud hosting (Azure IaaS/PaaS), Oracle DB, and Linux.
• Fluent in Windows and Linux operating environments.
• Database management experience (Oracle, MSSQL, open source).
• Programming languages include MOCA, ABAP, VB, C, PHP, Python.
• Enterprise architecture with integration point design capability.
• Strong PM skills for multi-stakeholder projects.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop next-generation PrIME platform standards using modern OS and databases.
• Identify and drive platform innovation, optimization, and resilience.
• Lead hands-on POCs and evaluations of new technology choices.
• Ensure platform compliance with IT security and patching standards.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects to define integration points in the IT ecosystem.
• Manage complex, multi-partner projects with clear communication of progress.
• Deliver high-quality documentation to complement hands-on technical work.
