Pharmacare in the Philippines seeks a physician leader to direct clinical duties and head the facility's operations. You will provide medical consultations, supervise staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote high-quality patient care.

Provide general medical consultations, diagnosis, and treatment for patients
Manage acute and chronic illnesses
Prescribe medications and ensure rational drug use
Promote preventive care, health education, and wellness programs
Maintain accurate and timely medical records
Ensure proper referral of patients to specialists or higher-level facilities when needed
Support teleconsultation services, if applicable
Oversee daily operations of the facility, including staff scheduling and workflow
Supervise and mentor healthcare staff (nurses, encoders, allied personnel)
Ensure compliance with PhilHealth policies and other regulatory requirements
Monitor facility performance, patient volume, and service quality
Ensure proper documentation, billing, and reporting processes
Coordinate with management, partners, and stakeholders for program implementation
Ensure high standards of patient care and safety
Implement clinical guidelines and protocols
Address patient concerns and resolve complaints
Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Submit regular reports on clinical and operational performance
Represent the facility in meetings and external engagements
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or equivalent, with active PRC license.
Must be an Accredited PhilHealth Care Professional / YAKAP/KONSULTA.
Experience in Community Health or LGU-Based practice is highly preferred
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Effective communicator with ability to collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams.
Familiarity with healthcare IT systems, digital health solutions, or process improvement methodologies (preferred).
Strong interest or background in healthcare innovation, medical technology, or research.
