OFFSHORE BUSINESS PROCESSING INC. is seeking a detail‑oriented Customer Service / Sales Support professional to join our freight forwarding team in Manila.

You will handle rates, quotations, and client communications for both air and sea operations, ensuring accurate costing and timely responses. The role requires at least 1 year in logistics support, strong English communication, and the ability to manage repetitive tasks efficiently.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Customer Service or Sales Support experience in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, or Shipping.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
• Ability to handle repetitive tasks with patience and efficiency.
• Tech-savvy with fast learning ability for new systems.

Responsibilities

• Entering/updating client and supplier rates.
• Costing and spot quotations management.
• Manage costing and rate templates in WebCargo (Air) and CargoSphere (Sea).
• Update exchange rates and respond to rate enquiries.
• Chasing rates and maintaining company tariff data.
• Create and maintain client intelligence and opportunities.
