Job summary

Emapta Philippines is seeking a Pricing Review Assistant to compare lender pricing, review home loans, and identify refinancing opportunities within Australian property finance. This hybrid role, based at SM Mega Tower, Ortigas, involves day shifts and on-site days with strong data handling and customer service skills.

You will build mortgage expertise, support training materials, and contribute to process improvements while collaborating with global teams.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Understanding of secure data-handling protocols for personal and confidential information.
• Intermediate English communication skills, with strong written proficiency.
• Experience with Australian mortgage processes and credit, preferred but not required.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, email and calendar applications, Google Drive, PDF tools, and similar platforms.
• Customer service experience with a strong customer-focused approach.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Ability to understand and follow complex loan structures and processes.
• Ability to identify and recommend process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the pricing review service from end to end.
• Complete allocated pricing reviews according to consistent processes and standards.
• Manage assigned task queues efficiently.
• Document each stage of the customer journey accurately.
• Consolidate completed activities for month-end charging.
• Distribute tasks to the appropriate queues at the beginning of each month.
• Liaise with franchisees regarding additions and deletions from monthly work requests.
• Liaise with lenders via email, digital platforms, and phone to identify better available deals for customers.
• Extract and update property reports.
• Add accurate and complete notes to HubSpot CRM.
• Train loan administrators on the pricing review service.
• Create training materials for the pricing review service.
• Manage franchisee data in Excel.
• Update franchisee data monthly to add or remove individuals.
• Create charts to highlight insights and trends over time.
• Add relevant charts to management reports.
