Job summary

Canon Business Service Centre Philippines is seeking a pricing professional to support service pricing, rebates and mandatory reporting in a hybrid role after training. You will handle SME1 and L3 pricing opportunities, ensuring accurate pricing guidance and timely billing updates.

The role calls for strong Excel skills, pricing experience, CPQ familiarity, and a proactive, collaborative mindset to drive continual process improvements for the UK business delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel.
• Experience of working in pricing role (preferred).
• Experience of using CPQ (preferred).
• Highly motivated self-starter, willing to work across multiple disciplines to build out insight.
• Strong organisation & time management skills working to multiple priorities.
• Strong commercial acumen & understanding of business drivers.
• Ability to work in a high performing team.
• Excellent communicator with a pro-active approach and with a “Can do” mentality.

Responsibilities

• Support business critical activity such as service pricing, pricing approvals, rebates, accruals, mandatory business reporting & commissions processes
• Process SME1 opportunities – for example: Adjusting interest rates, lease terms, framework terms, contract extensions and MPS opportunities
• Process L3 Pricing opportunities – for example: global contract pricing, framework pricing, implementation of complex tender based bespoke pricing, deal pricing support requests, trials, refurbished and second-hand equipment, new component add-ons, and termination
• Process pricing guided changes to align billing periods
• Process rebates according to customer contractual commitments
• Take an active role on behalf of the commercial team in any project and programmes that span the scope of the role to support the UK business delivery.
• Take an active role in the continual improvements of processes
