Job summary

GrowSari is seeking a Pricing Analyst to drive strategic pricing for Sarimart products in the Philippines. The role focuses on analyzing market trends, evaluating competitor pricing, and building data-driven pricing models to maximize profitability.

The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in data analysis, and a solid understanding of FMCG pricing dynamics. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement and exposure to growth and commercial teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in pricing analysis, financial analysis, or a similar role within FMCG or retail preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Excel; SQL and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau) preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and analyze pricing trends to support pricing decisions.
• Monitor competitor pricing strategies and assess their impact on sales and profitability.
• Develop and maintain pricing models to optimize revenue and margin performance.
• Work closely with the growth and commercial teams to align pricing strategies with business objectives.
• Collaborate with finance and supply chain teams to ensure pricing strategies align with cost structures and inventory levels.
• Use statistical analysis and data visualization tools to interpret large datasets and generate insights.
• Prepare reports and presentations on pricing trends, competitor analysis, and business performance.
• Support the implementation of dynamic pricing strategies based on real-time market data.
