Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.
• 1+ year pricing or financial analysis experience in FMCG/retail preferred.
• Proficient in Excel; SQL and data viz tools are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and analyze pricing trends to support pricing decisions.
• Monitor competitor pricing strategies and assess impact on sales and profitability.
• Develop and maintain pricing models to optimize revenue and margin.
• Collaborate with growth and commercial teams to align pricing with business objectives.
• Coordinate with finance and supply chain to align pricing with costs and inventory.
• Use statistical analysis and data visualization to interpret large datasets.
• Prepare reports and presentations on pricing trends and business performance.
• Support implementation of dynamic pricing using real-time market data.
