Job summary

Philip Morris International (PMI) is seeking a Maintenance Lead to execute maintenance strategy, improve equipment reliability, and minimize downtime across our manufacturing sites in the Philippines. You will lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities and own planning, scheduling, and breakdown elimination.

The ideal candidate has a technical degree or vocation, at least 3 years in manufacturing maintenance, strong planning and problem-solving skills, basic English, and

Qualifications

• Technical degree or vocational qualification.
• At least 3 years of manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Experience in troubleshooting industrial equipment.
• Strong planning, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
• Own maintenance planning, scheduling, and breakdown elimination processes.
• Drive equipment reliability and maintenance cost optimization.
• Participate in loss elimination and problem-solving initiatives.
• Manage maintenance backlog, work orders, and planned downtime execution.
• Ensure availability of technical documentation and spare parts.
• Develop maintenance standards and improvement plans.
• Coach and develop technical capabilities of team members.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and maintenance standards.
