• BS Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering degree.
• 2–3 years' manufacturing experience with focus on maintenance planning or projects.
• Strong maintenance best practices knowledge (preventive and predictive).
• Experience with CMMS (e.g., SAP, DMS) for work order management and cost tracking.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize equipment uptime.
• Create Purchase Requisitions (PR) via SAP and Coupa; follow up on POs.
• Coordinate with Operators/Technicians to update systems and plans.
• Review maintenance requests, estimate labor, and allocate resources.
• Track maintenance planning KPIs and daily labor costs as per budget.
