Job summary

Smartly is seeking a Production Designer to craft polished, on-brand presentations for executives, board, sales, internal, and conference audiences. The role involves supporting Brand and Content teams with production-ready assets across channels.

Responsibilities include designing executive presentations, partnering with senior stakeholders, handling confidential materials, updating brand assets, applying brand guidelines, managing multiple design requests, collaborating with US and Manila

Qualifications

• Strong production design and presentation design experience.
• Portfolio showing clean layouts, typography, and attention to detail.
• Experience handling confidential materials and working with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and refine executive presentations for internal meetings, board materials, sales conversations, and external conferences.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to create clear, polished, visually consistent slide materials.
• Handle confidential and time-sensitive presentation work with discretion and strong judgment.
• Create, resize, version, and update brand and content assets across formats including digital ads, social assets, and presentation materials.
• Apply brand guidelines consistently across decks, ads, templates, and supporting assets.
• Manage multiple design requests with changing priorities while maintaining quality and clear communication.
• Collaborate with US-based managers and stakeholders and Manila-based colleagues working with teams across US and EMEA.
• Support production workflows to enable senior designers to focus on higher-complexity creative and design work.
