Job summary

Playscape Manila is seeking a dedicated manager to lead daily operations of our early childhood program. You will oversee staffing, scheduling, and facility maintenance to ensure compliance with standards, while nurturing staff development and strong parent engagement.

Candidate should have a relevant degree and proven childcare management experience, with excellent organizational and communication skills to drive quality and growth within our team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in childcare management or related field with leadership.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices.
