Job summary

StrategicSynergy, Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking a Solutions Consultant to engage with clients, understand business requirements, and analyze current processes to design effective IT-based solutions and integration approaches.

You will prepare and deliver solution proposals, demos, and presentations for presales and sales efforts, run discovery sessions, document requirements, and collaborate with technical teams to ensure timely delivery and strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to assess client requirements, evaluate processes, and translate business needs into solution designs.
• Consulting experience with the ability to facilitate discussions, recommend improvements, and guide clients through technology-driven change.
• Presales and Sales capabilities, including solution presentation, proposal development, and support for business development activities.
• Project Management skills for coordinating implementation activities, managing timelines, and supporting cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in system integration, enterprise solutions, or IT consulting is highly desirable.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to present complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work on-site in Metro Manila, collaborate effectively in a team, and manage multiple client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand business requirements and analyze current processes.

• Prepare and deliver solution proposals, demos, and presentations to support presales activities.
