You will prepare and deliver solution proposals, demos, and presentations for presales and sales efforts, run discovery sessions, document requirements, and collaborate with technical teams to ensure timely delivery and strong client relationships.

• Presales and Sales capabilities, including solution presentation, proposal development, and support for business development activities.
• Project Management skills for coordinating implementation activities, managing timelines, and supporting cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in system integration, enterprise solutions, or IT consulting is highly desirable.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to present complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work on-site in Metro Manila, collaborate effectively in a team, and manage multiple client engagements.

Role Description

The Solutions Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Metro Manila. This role is responsible for engaging with clients to understand business requirements, analyzing current processes, and designing suitable IT-based solutions and integration approaches. The Solutions Consultant prepares and delivers solution proposals, demos, and presentations that support presales activities and sales efforts. Day-to-day tasks include conducting discovery sessions, documenting functional and technical requirements, collaborating with technical teams on solution design, and supporting project implementation and handover. The role also involves coordinating with project managers to ensure timely delivery, providing post-sales consultation, and maintaining strong, professional client relationships.
