Job summary

Healthway (HMC, INC.) in the Philippines is seeking a Growth & Partnership Lead to steer the marketing strategy and drive patient acquisition across Healthway clinics. You will partner with Clinic Operations and lead the Clinic Marketing Team and Graphic Artist to deliver integrated campaigns.

You will identify new business opportunities, manage partnerships with malls, schools, LGUs, and referral networks, and develop localized plans with a strong focus on revenue growth and brand visibility.

Qualifications

• Ability to analyze clinic performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Ability to develop localized marketing plans and lead integrated marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual and quarterly growth strategies aligned with business objectives
• Drive patient acquisition, patient retention, and revenue growth across all clinics
• Identify new business opportunities, market segments, and growth initiatives
• Analyze clinic performance, market trends, and competitor activities to recommend strategic actions
• Develop and manage partnerships with malls, schools, universities, LGUs, residential communities, gyms, wellness centers, and other referral partners
• Create co-marketing and business development initiatives that generate patient referrals and revenue
• Develop localized marketing plans for all clinics and lead integrated marketing campaigns
• Lead, coach, and develop the Clinic Marketing Team and Graphic Artist to achieve business and marketing objectives
• Develop and manage the annual clinic marketing budget and ensure efficient utilization of marketing resources
• Monitor key performance indicators and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews with actionable recommendations
