Job summary

AGSI is seeking a Premium Operations Associate to interpret, analyze, and process activities supporting property and casualty insurance operations. The role requires high accuracy to meet service levels and will be part of the Premium Operations team.

The successful candidate will review submissions, validate data, prepare documents, and communicate with team members and customers to ensure timely delivery. Proficiency in Excel/Word and strong English communication are essential.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Detail- and quality-minded with a keen eye for identifying process opportunities and driving continuous operational improvements.

• Beginner to intermediate level working knowledge of insurance, finance, or administrative operations.
• Experience with automation and process-optimization tools to streamline workflows.

Responsibilities

• Review submissions and record premium details accurately
• Perform validations and review to confirm accuracy of data recorded
• Prepare and issue documents and reports accurately, as per specifications
• Interact with team and customers asrequiredto complete deliverables
• Communicate issues or queries on a timely basis to ensure quick resolution
