Job summary

Acquire Intelligence, a global outsourcer, is seeking an Insurance Officer to manage end-to-end insurance operations, from policy administration to claims handling. You will work with brokers, underwriters, and cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, cost-effective processes while delivering high client satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in insurance operations, a solid understanding of motor insurance, and strong data analysis skills.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in insurance operations or claims management.
• Strong knowledge of motor insurance policies.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze data to reduce risk and costs.
• Experience with policies and claims platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process motor insurance claims from initiation to resolution.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Provide excellent client service and respond to inquiries.
• Review policies, premiums, and coverage.
• Coordinate with brokers, underwriters, and adjusters.
