Qualifications

• Proficient knowledge of Excel and Word.

Responsabilités

• Review submissions and record premium details accurately.
• Perform validations and confirm accuracy of data.
• Prepare and issue documents and reports accurately.
• Complete medium complexity assignments efficiently.
• Create workpapers and provide support as needed.
• Prepare payment requests for commission and return premiums.
• Interact with team and customers to complete deliverables.
• Communicate issues or queries timely for resolution.
• Assist with troubleshooting and improving processes.
• Perform special projects as assigned.
