Job summary

Remitly is hiring a Business Concierge Associate in the Philippines to own complex customer concerns end-to-end, including risk assessments, escalations, and premium service for key business clients. You will liaise with Disputes, Complaints, and Compliance to resolve issues sustainably.

The role requires on-site work, agility under pressure, and collaboration with product, engineering, account management, and leadership to improve customer experience. Knowledge of financial services is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting business or high-value customers is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to navigate high-pressure, multi-variable scenarios.
• Knowledge of financial services or payments is a plus.
• Willingness to work on-site in Manila area.

Responsibilities

• Own a high-complexity portfolio of escalations across customer service, partner disruptions, risk holds, engineering failures, and reconciliation disputes.
• Coordinate with Disputes, Complaints, and Compliance to drive end-to-end resolution.
• Identify and mitigate high-risk transactions within the business portfolio.
• Manage risk reviews, post-completion issues, and stale transactions.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to improve partner processing and customer experience.
• Guide customers through onboarding (KYB) and transaction completion with precision.
