Job summary

Villa Caemilla Beach Boutique Hotel in Boracay’s Station 3 seeks a Reservations professional to manage inquiries, bookings, and payments. You will coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and Accounting to ensure smooth guest arrivals and accurate reporting.

The role requires strong communication, English fluency, and experience with multi-channel bookings and PMS systems. Flexible hours including weekends may be required to meet guest needs.

Qualifications

• Strong reservations skills across multiple channels.
• Excellent customer service and communication.
• Sales capability to upsell rooms, packages and services.
• Airline ticketing knowledge or experience.
• Familiarity with reservation software; Cloudbeds a plus.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Fluent in English (Filipino preferred).

Responsibilities

• Handle reservation inquiries via email, phone, and social media professionally and promptly.
• Process and monitor confirmed reservations in the hotel system.
• Manage payment schedules, invoices, payment reminders, and postings.
• Monitor OTA bookings, payments, cancellations, no-shows, and remittances.
• Maintain accurate booking details, rates, inclusions, policies, and guest arrangements.
• Send confirmations, pre-arrival information, upgrade offers, and other communications.
• Coordinate daily with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and Accounting.
• Prepare and endorse arrivals, special arrangements, and outstanding payments.
• Prepare daily booking, cancellation, no-show, and payment verification reports.
• Assist with monthly OTA invoice and payment reconciliation.
• Support Front Office operations when necessary.
