Private Advertiser is seeking a detail-oriented Proofreader to ensure accuracy across artwork, text, and proofs before production. You will review job orders, proofread digital and printed materials, and coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure compliance with requirements.

The role emphasizes spelling, grammar, formatting, and content accuracy, with on-site work in a fast-paced environment and strict deadlines. Strong English and Filipino skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, AB English, Journalism, or related four-year course.
• At least two years of relevant proofreading experience preferred; fresh graduates may be considered.
• Willing to work ON-SITE.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate job orders for completeness and consistency.
• Proofread digital artwork, PDFs, and production materials for spelling, grammar, and layout.
• Identify errors and coordinate with internal teams and clients for corrections.
• Verify client-approved proofs and ensure latest approved proof is used as reference.
• Organize and archive job files and prepare monthly proofing reports.
• Release approved files to production following procedures.
