Qualifications

• 2+ years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Diploma or degree in advertising, media, design or related fields.
• Proficiency with printing concepts and standard design tools is essential.
• Ability to troubleshoot and meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality.

Responsibilities

• Receives client’s file/artwork and ensures it is ready for pre-press or print.
• Accepts, reviews and prepares proofs of client files for printing to meet deadlines.
• Ensures all instructions in the invoice specification are followed precisely.
• Maintains personal productivity and quality standards to satisfy clients.
• Collaborates with team leaders, imposition, and production to guarantee high‑quality printed materials.
