Responsibilities

• Cut, trim, debone, and portion meat according to company standards and customer requirements.
• Prepare meat products for display, sale, or further processing.
• Operate knives, meat slicers, grinders, and other equipment safely.
• Ensure meat products are weighed, labeled, packaged, and stored.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, tools, and equipment.
• Follow proper food safety, hygiene, and handling procedures.
• Check the quality, freshness, and condition of meat products.
• Minimize product waste through proper cutting and portioning techniques.
• Monitor inventory and report low-stock, damaged, or spoiled products.
• Assist customers with meat selections and provide basic product information when required.
